The game is really buggy and needs a lot of work. We are enjoying the game but the challenge blue print wont load and the support feature in the app is buggy and wont load and on top of that the website to reach support wont submit our ticket. Enter settings - open home app configuration- enable iCloud and reset all settings That worked for me.
